Electro-hydraulic unit in external cabinet

The LV8 NANO motorcycle lift is supplied with the electro-hydraulic unit in metal external cabinet with “dead man” controls 24V and interlocked safety switch. This control unit can be perfectly integrated into our workshop furnishings.

Certified hydraulic safety system

The hydraulic system with double cylinder equipped with a self- lubricating system for the seals allows infinite height adjustments of the LV8 NANO motorcycle lift ensuring the best reliability both when going up and down, without having to manually insert or release mechanical levers.

Retractable run-up ramp

The motorcycle lift LV8 NANO is equipped with retractable run-up ramp to ensure a safe, ergonomic workstation, free of any obstacle on the floor, speeding up the maintenance operations on the vehicle. When the lift goes up the ramp runs smoothly and silently and disappears inside the basement.

Platform with removable gate and set-up for fitting accessories

The platform of the LV8 NANO motorcycle lift is provided with removable gate to facilitate the demounting of motorbikes rear wheels and it is equipped with set-up for fitting wheel clamps, front extensions, ratchet tie downs and antiskid central covers.

Pads in self-lubricating plastic materials

The platform of the LV8 NANO motorcycle lift is equipped with pads in self-lubricating plastic materials and self-lubricating bushes on all joint linchpins to make all up/down operations silent, safe and performing, reducing the need of maintenance over time
